I had an excellent experience with WindshieldHub! I had my car broken into, and customer service helped with my insurance over the phone. The technician was very nice and sympathetic to the situation. He did a great job and even vacuumed up the broken glass for me! He was done in 45 minutes and arrived during my selected time slot - finishing right before it started raining. Highly recommend!

The technician was very courteous and called me to let me know that he was running late. He also arrived and got straight to work and finished quickly but did a great job. He was a very nice and knowledgeable guy. I appreciate you guys

Very pleased with the service from phone call to finish. They answered the phone right away even after others’ regular business hours and got me scheduled for the next morning. The reliable tech communicated his arrival time with me so I could plan my day. Cornelius arrived on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable and got the windshield replaced in no time. After installation, he even took the time to vacuum up every shard of glass from my smashed window that landed inside my car. Top notch company and all done at a reasonable price (hundreds less than the big company and I didn’t have to wait.) I would highly recommend WinshieldHUB

I was very satisfied with the prompt time I was able to schedule. The service guy seemed polite, however when he finished the job, I noticed that it looked like the window did not fit. The rubber sealing was not there to stop it from raining in the trunk, it was not aligned. They advised that they will be sending the information to the warranty department. I will update my review when this happens. I will give 5 stars as long as they fix the problem in a timely matter. I paid too much to have it looking like that. Looking at the reviews, I noticed that someone had the same complaint 1 year ago. I wish this didn't happen. This has stressed me out so much. Wish I can add pictures; it is so obviously not done right. Would have gave no stars, but I had to do one to post. WILL UPDATE SOON HOPEFULLY
