Not a big posting person but this is the exception . Great great great . I will never take my car to dealership service center ever again . Priced right and did exactly what he said . No bs no added extras . I would have zero reservation about sending every Tesla owner here and sleep very well at night .

Jacob was amazing from start to finish. We have a 2017 Tesla Model S that is approaching 90k miles and had a laundry list of small fixes that we had postponed. We had owned a prior Model S and had terrible (and I mean TERRIBLE) experience with using Tesla for repairs. Not only were they ridiculously expensive, but their craftsmanship was not good and the communication was even worse. Once our laundry list kept piling up, I decided to look for someone who could help us and I found Jacob who owns this business. I honestly cannot say enough good things. He has always responded immediately to messages and questions, adhered to our scheduled appointments and communicated if he was running behind. His prices were a FRACTION of Tesla’s and he was so incredibly knowledgeable about my vehicle. He formerly worked for Tesla service, so he knows all about the car, especially the 2017 year which had manufacturing changes mid year. He also is a perfectionist double checking and pressure testing his work. My husband says, “he’s our Tesla guy!” And I am so so glad to have someone we can trust.
