Turn our lights back on. I just paid for it. We’re at 641 North flower apartment four you guys are really good at taking our money and taking extra for shut off notices like a whole hundred bucks but you’re not ready to turn our stuff back on.

If you want to ruin your day quick spend it in this lobby. I come every month to pay my bills in cash. I always wait a minimum of 45 minutes because the front cashier is not allowed to accept cash. Let me repeat. THE CASHIER CANNOT ACCEPT MY CASH PAYMENTS. So I have to wait for an office person to help. They’re nice enough just not fast enough. Last time they kept counting my cash incorrectly and just asked if I could accept the lesser amount they kept coming up with. Other than that they can handle most issues just have to be okay giving up your afternoon Unfortunately I will keep retuning as I cannot live off solar panels alone.

We have been customers for over 30 years. On rare occasions we have an outage. So near the end of May, 2025 we had an outage for 30 minutes. Oh well we went to the Annual Cooperatve meeting last week too. My husband wanted to see the helicopter on display outside. Chugach leases it and uses it in emergency situations. They have a contractor, Alpha Aviation LLC, who provides the pilot. Today it was Josh. He arrived at 6am. We had a good time talking. This helicopter has floats and can land on a lake. The pilot pulls on the red handle to release the covers.

Always polite and fast service. I come monthly and its always easy paying my bill. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to do business with them.
