He clearly knows his way around golf carts and EV systems, and he took the time to explain what was going on instead of just throwing parts at the problem. The work was done right, communication was solid, and the cart is running exactly how it should now. It’s hard to find someone who is both technically sharp and honest, but that was definitely the case here. Jay is THE guy!! He was so easy to work with, very helpful, and was very knowledgable about everything. Extremely reasonable pricing and I know it was done right. He is local to the beaches and came by diagnosed the issue, picked up my golf cart and it was fixed and back by the next day! I appreciate his help and he will be my go to person for all golf cart needs in the future!
