The shop (especially Sam) did an outstanding job repairing the passenger‑side collision on my car. The bodywork is flawless, the paint matches perfectly, and the car drives exactly as it should. They kept me updated, worked efficiently, and delivered quality craftsmanship. They even got off of their way and fixed other smaller issues they found. All parts are OEM. Highly recommended for anyone needing collision repair done right.

After hitting a deer, I was stressed and wasn’t sure what to do. I started searching for nearby collision shops and spent almost two weeks getting estimates from local shops and shops that were recommended to me by AAA. For some reason, almost every shop sounded the same. It felt like they had all memorized the same script and were more interested in getting me to leave my car than explaining the repair process. One day I mentioned my frustration to my boss, and he recommended Sam. I called him right away, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most honest people I’ve ever met. He took the time to FaceTime me, within minutes he had a plan and walked me through the entire repair process, answered all of my questions, offered me a loaner vehicle, and even helped me with my deductible. After I dropped off my vehicle, I found out my AAA insurance had approved some aftermarket and used parts. That made me a little uncomfortable, but Sam upgraded those parts to brand-new OEM parts from the dealer without charging me the difference like other shops wanted to. When I asked him why he would do that, his answer really stuck with me. He said, “Because there’s only one right way to repair a vehicle. I want to make sure your car is safe and to give you a peace of mind.” That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. The repairs were flawless. The vehicle looks and drives like it did before the accident, and the communication throughout the process was excellent.
