These guys know what they are doing

Tesla quoted me “starting around $2k” for new front bushings. They also couldn’t get me in for 3.5 weeks.. EV Auto got me in within a couple days, new bushings, rotation, alignment, and some other general upkeep items including fixing a piece of trim I tried plenty of times - for UNDER $1,500! On top of the time and money savings, I also appreciated their overall friendly and upbeat demeanor. You can tell a lot about a company from their employees pride. I will 100% be back.

I've been here a couple times now and I can't express how awesome these guys are. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and they explained the situation of my vehicle. Great experience. Definitely going to be bringing my car back here and probably purchasing my next one from here too. 10 out of 10!

I also want to give a huge shoutout to the EV Auto service department! The entire team has gone above and beyond to make sure our Tesla Model Y is ready and that everything is done the right way. They replaced the tires, installed new taillights, and did an outstanding job detailing the vehicle. They still have a few paint touch-ups to complete and are waiting on a roof rack part to come in, but they've been transparent and communicative throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Tim, who has been absolutely amazing. Even though he helped us through the sales process, he's continued to stay involved by keeping us updated on the progress from the service department and making sure we're always in the loop. That level of customer care doesn't stop after the sale, and it really shows how much he cares about his customers. What stands out most is that the team genuinely wants to get everything right instead of rushing to get the car out the door. Everyone has been professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to Tim and the entire EV Auto service team for all of your hard work.
