UPDATE: was promised refund the reminder of the warranty on 7/15/26. I followed up on 7/17/26 for the tracking number. Today is 7/21/2026, I have been ghosted yet again with no time table on when I can get the refund that is rightfully mine for a service that wasn't rendered. At this point I'm beyond frustrated. Not only did he not fix my car, he also didn't refund the money that's owed to me. Please take my story as a caution tale, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! ---------------------------- Before anyone who want to spend your hard earn money with this business, please take a little time to read my experience and rethink your decision. Purchased a replacement battery with 3 years warranty for $1650 on 7/26/24. Notified owner about replacing defective replacement battery on 7/29/25, installed on 8/4/25 Notified owner about replacing defective replacement battery again on 6/1/26. There was some text exchange at first but all I got was excuses and run around. Finally the owner went radio silent since 6/9/26 after he told me that my replacement battery should be ready on 6/10/26 and how he will try to fit me in within the next 3 weeks. I sent 2 other follow up text on 6/10 and 6/19 with no response. I gave him one more chance to respond on Monday, 7/6/26 and again no response. At this point I am going to report this business to BBB and the Attorney General's Office for fraud because of my experience. There is absolutely no excuse to severe and ignor my text messages since 6/9/26. I am a big supporter of small businesses, but this one here ain't it. Just avoid this guy and head to a legitimate mechanic shop, at least they will honor your warranty.

I ended up having an easy fix on my Prius that other places would have taken advantage of. Matt promptly fixed the issue and then helped my son with a repair on his car. He couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. 5 star service!!

Super helpful, informative, and honest. I asked about a thousand questions before I committed to the service and they were extremely patient and professional. During install I watched the process and again asked a bunch of question related to battery swap as well as cooling pump issues and high mileage maintenance again very patient and took the time to walk me through some common issues and recommended some preventative maintenance. Highly recommend.

Great prices, great work, quick, efficient, friendly, even drove to me. Couldn't ask for anything better for a Prius refurbished battery replacement. Traded him my Prius for a beautiful Lexus with a low mileage engine replacement and refurbished battery. Great price, nice guy, helped me set up Bluetooth (cause that's always different and weird in a new vehicle) and pointed out the cars quirks. Highly recommend.

Matt was highly professional, he came to my house and fixed my ‘05’s refurbished battery for less than half the price of what the dealership would have charged me. My Prius works like new, he completed the swap and diagnostics in under an hour, and was incredibly kind, easygoing and knowledgeable. It’s clear that Matt is passionate about his work, and I’d absolutely recommend utilizing his services.
