We had a great experience taking delivery of our pre-owned Lucid Air Grand Touring. It was quite a surprise to actually have a personalized unveiling for a used vehicle! That little touch instantly made us feel we had made the right purchase. The car was immaculately detailed. Our delivery specialist Samantha did a great job explaining all the features, setup, and control of the vehicle to my wife and I. She even rode with us for a few test laps around the block to make sure we were comfortable driving the car before hitting Chicago traffic. Overall a wonderful experience.
