Awesome work. I had some aftermarket spot lights installed on my motorcycle by Troy and he did an amazing job. I can now use all 3 functions as opposed to just 1. Picture of the lights that I put on but couldn't wire them myself.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Matsu Auto Electric! Troy is incredibly friendly, super knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship. He did a fantastic job on my vehicle with clean, professional work and excellent attention to detail. Everything works perfectly and looks factory-level. If you want friendly, honest service and top-notch results, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I am writing this review to warn the local community. I trusted Troy Bullock at Matsu Auto Electric with my brand-new GMC truck for a high-end audio installation, and it has been a year-long nightmare. Troy may be perfectly fine for tasks like remote starts or lighting, but he is completely out of his depth with high-level audio integration. I paid thousands of dollars and had several issues over the course of a year, only to have my truck returned to me with a list of inexcusable issues: * Limp Mode: He gave me my truck back in "limp mode," which is completely unacceptable for a professional shop. * Safety Hazards: He sealed my cabin pressure vents, creating a genuine health and safety risk. * Incompetent Install: Midrange speakers were installed with half the screws missing. DSP channels were reversed, and the system was hard-clipping. * Loss of Function: My turn signals and vehicle chimes no longer worked when he handed it back. * Zero Troubleshooting Skills: Troy lacked the basic tools to diagnose the issues he created. He gave me false information—blaming "old amps" for clipping—forcing me to spend hours troubleshooting my own system just to make it functional. Troy sells high-performance gear but clearly does not have the technical proficiency to configure or tune it. They say you only get 2 out of the 3, "Good, Fast, and Cheap"—but in this case, I got none of the three. It was slow, expensive, and the work was poor. I am sharing this because I don’t want anyone else in our community to go through the stress and financial loss that I experienced. I trusted this business with my new vehicle, and they failed on every level. If you have a complex project, go elsewhere. I'm sure someone will refute my claims, but i can back up every issue with photos, videos, and text messages.

I had a 9:15 appointment this morning to check out problems with my remote start. I have a 2012 Mazda with an old aftermarket remote start that had just stopped working. I was fully expecting to have to pay for a whole new system to be installed, but Troy offered to try diagnosing the problem first. And I'm glad he did! He figured out that my existing fobs were the problem, and happened to have replacements on hand. He still gave me the option of upgrading to the newer system, but I opted to go ahead with two replacement jobs instead. Even with diagnostics, two new jobs, programming and everything else, Troy saved me over $250-300. I'm definitely taking my business there again, because: 1) He answered the phone 2) Two other places I'd contacted were only interested in selling the new remote start units. 3) As much as I love saving money, it's Troy's willingness to solve a problem before upselling that makes for great customer service.

I was a little frantic about having both headlights go out at the same time and not able to find anything wrong with them. Troy as great at helping me out with a diagnosis and to get me back in the road the same day. I opted to upgrade to the HID(?) lights (brighter lights, lower amperage) and I have been thrilled with how well they work as I see much better at night, yet don’t have anyone flicking their brights at me! 👍
