Rivian Service Center

This is by far the best service and service center in the automotive industry. Kevin and David are super knowledgeable on the vehicles. They take the time to listen to my complaints and give sound advice and details on the plan to fix them. These guys hands down will make any electric vehicle skeptic rethink gas vehicles. Lastly I can honestly say I can walk in and feel more comfortable with major service needing to be done at this center than getting an oil change on my other vehicle at their service center.

The Rivian R2 Performance model is the best vehicle available in the market today. The technology is awesome, the demo drive is incredible, and they answered all of my wife's questions. I just hope I get mine soon!

We stopped by the Rivian Service Center with a question about our R1S Quad-Motor, and we met Kevin in Service, he told us to bring it in so he could take a look. We returned an hour later and he personally had the issue resolved in under 30 minutes. Kevin was both pleasant and knowledgeable — exactly the kind of person you want handling your vehicle. It's great to have a Service Center this close, but what really makes it is the quality of people working there. Highly recommend!

The Rivian Service Center in St. Augustine is an outstanding place. I recently took my R1T in for service and a few warranty items, and the entire experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. When I arrived, Kevin was already expecting me and took the time to review every service item my truck needed. He also explained the entire process clearly, making sure I knew what to expect. Even better, my loaner vehicle—another R1T—was fully charged and ready to go. Throughout the service process, Kevin kept me informed with regular updates and communicated everything clearly. On the day my truck was ready, I wasn't able to pick it up, and to my surprise, Kevin personally delivered it to my home. He even had it detailed inside and out. I highly recommend this service center. It's conveniently located, and Kevin's professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service made the entire experience first-class.
