Absolute lifesaver. I drive a Tesla Model 3 Long Range from Tesla, and I had a full emergency situation with a dead battery. Completely stuck. On top of that, it was raining. Dan responded fast, showed up prepared, and handled the dead battery issue immediately. He knew exactly what to do, safely accessed the system, got power restored, and had me back up and running without stress. In an emergency, that kind of speed and expertise matters. If you need emergency Tesla service in Sacramento, mobile EV repair, dead battery assistance, or fast electric vehicle support, Sac Town EV is the company to call. Professional, responsive, and reliable — even in bad weather. 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone with a Tesla or EV in the Sacramento area.

The BEST in the area! I had issue with my tesla draining the batter and Sactown Mobile EV Charging came in minutes to my location, charged my tesla and diagnosed the battery. I'll be using this service from now on and would recommend to anyone in need of a professional care. Thank you
