Really happy with the service here. They were friendly and professional from start to finish, and even did a free diagnostic check before giving me a quote, which I really appreciated. Pricing was fair and reasonable compared to other places I looked into. The whole process was quick and efficient — they got the battery replaced and had my car ready in no time. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable, honest service!

The team at TRU were patient, friendly, knowledgeable and upfront about their services and products. No up-sell, no pressure; just factual options. I actually went to 2 prior places before going with TRU. TRU's installation was $90 less compared to the other places; better supply of batteries; more importantly their turn around time was faster (2hrs install and testing whereas the other places took a full day). First time here so I cannot comment on longevity of their battery or warranty. But their customer service, slightly lower prices and work/ business ethics are praiseworthy.

My daughter has a 2012 Nissan Leaf that was down to about 30 miles of range per charge. I reached out to Tru Hybrid & EV batteries and they were very pleasant and upfront in terms of helping us understand viable options for range improvement. We decided to work with them and made an informed decision to upgrade my daughter’s car with a battery system that more than quadrupled the range. I was impressed with David and Frankie’s technical expertise and the transparency with which they do business. Their facility in Tukwilia is clean, cool and accommodating and I won’t hesitate to bring my own hybrid vehicle to them in the future should it need a battery replacement.

Called ahead to confirm they accept walk-ins and was told they could take me right away, great customer service from the start. I showed up at 11:50am and was impressed by how clean and organized the office was. I submitted my contact form electronically, and they immediately confirmed the diagnostic and got started on my hybrid battery replacement. They began work at 12:18pm, and although I was told to expect about 90 minutes, they had everything completed and ready to go by 1:00pm. Super efficient and smooth process from start to finish.
