I’ve had my Tesla Model Y for 10 days now, and it has been exquisite in every way\! As for EV Auto’s Bountiful location, the entire team was absolutely A\+\. They took incredible care of me and my family from the moment we walked in\. Alex, Tyler, Colin, Nash, Josh, and the whole crew made learning about the EV world exciting, comfortable, and easy to understand\. Even after the purchase, their customer service has continued to impress me\. I still have plenty of questions about this awesome vehicle, and I’ve probably called them an embarrassing number of times—but they are always patient, helpful, and happy to answer every question\. It’s rare to find a company where every person you interact with makes you feel valued and supported, but that has truly been my experience with EV Auto\. If you’re considering making the switch to an electric vehicle, I highly recommend visiting the Bountiful location\. They earned every one of these five stars, and I would gladly do business with them again\! Now my wife needs an EV because she wants to take mine all the time\! We will definitely be back\.

What really stood out was the level of care and integrity throughout the entire process. He made sure the car was exceptionally clean and even stayed an hour past closing to ensure every detail was taken care of before we left. We always felt informed and comfortable, and he was transparent about everything so there were no surprises. I've been following the EV Auto channel for quite some time and had been looking to upgrade from my Model 3 Performance into a Model X Plaid. After watching the channel for a while and seeing how the team operates, I decided to put down a deposit and do business with EV Auto. Josh has been great to work with throughout the entire process. The car was shipped from Tennessee location. I live in Colorado and decided to have it delivered to their Bountiful, Utah location instead of shipping it directly to my hours. Its about a 12 hour round trip from for me, but I thought it would be cool to make the trip, meet the team, and see everything in person. I'm really glad I did. Got to meet Alex too The entire purchase experience was easily the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had. Everything was straightforward, paperwork was done remote, communication was great, and the car was exactly as described. It was also really cool meeting the team and seeing where all the EV Auto videos come together.
