EV Auto - Lehi

I can't recommend EV Auto enough! We worked primarily with Tim at the Lehi location (our local store) and Josh at the Bountiful location, and Asa also helped us along the way. Every one of them was fantastic, but Tim and Josh especially made the entire experience easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. We traded in our Jeep Wrangler 4xe and ended up with a Tesla Model Y Long Range 7-Seater, and we couldn't be happier. It's the perfect vehicle for us as we start our family, and they helped us get an incredible deal without ever making us feel pressured or rushed. Tim went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, honest, incredibly personable, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. Josh was equally great to work with and made sure everything came together smoothly. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers.This was by far one of the best car-buying experiences we've ever had. If you're considering an EV, I highly recommend EV Auto. We had an amazing experience buying our first electric vehicle from EV Auto! We purchased a pre-owned Tesla Model Y and worked with Hunter, who was fantastic from start to finish. My husband and I had actually been watching Alex on socials for a while, and his videos are what made us decide we wanted to buy a Tesla from EV Auto. When we visited for the first time, it was on a whim while driving from St. George to Idaho. After we met Hunter, test drove a model Y and put a deposit down, we also met Alex and he was just as great in person. He even kept the dealership open after hours so we could look around and chat with him. The following week, we traveled from Idaho to Lehi for the purchase and came with our trade-in -- a Ford Explorer that Hunter had been working to find bids on the previous week. In the meantime, I had changed my mind about the vehicle I initially reserved, and Hunter handled the switch with no issues. The Model Y I chose was at their Bountiful location, but he arranged to have it brought to Lehi so it would be ready when we arrived. Hunter was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He answered all our questions, helped us set up the Tesla app, and walked us through everything new Tesla owners should know. He even surprised us by mailing a couple of EV Auto hats after overhearing me tell my husband I wanted the white and pink hat I saw in one of the photos (at that time, they were out of hats). But Amir and Nash at EV Auto earned every single one of these stars. After getting jerked around endlessly by another dealership (Axio Auto), I walked into EV Auto exhausted, frustrated, and completely out of bandwidth. Amir and Nash didn’t just treat me like a customer — they treated me like a human being. They stepped in instantly, calmly, and with actual knowledge. They didn’t rush me. They didn’t talk over me. They didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing the tech. They walked me through everything. These two took the time to explain how my Tesla works, how to charge it, what adapters I need, how the systems operate, and they did it with patience and professionalism I haven’t seen in years. They literally taught me more in 15 minutes than Axio Auto did in five days of headache and chaos. They didn’t owe me anything — I didn’t even buy my car from them — and they still stepped up. That tells you everything you need to know about the level of integrity and service you get at EV Auto.
