They replaced the hybrid battery on my 2015 Camry a few months ago, the whole process was a lot smoother than I expected. The technician kept me up to speed with everything that was going on and haven't had any issues since. Would recommend.

guys at Greentec were great. some conmunication hiccups due to my specific situation, but everyone was helpful and extremely understanding of my urgent car situation. probably the best prices you’ll find on reburbished batteries outside of individual online resellers, and amazing warranty service. my tech paul drove the 2 hour commute twice within two days to check out my car and any potential issues with install. go to them!

phil changed out our 2010 civic hybrid battery in a bit over 2 hours while we waited.. the shop has a small seating area and rest rooms available but it doesn't appear to be the popular option verses mobile service at a $100 & tax more . we used State Rd Cedar Rd, Bristol Pike & Newportville Roads to Access Ford Rd near the creek end of Ford Q > I wanna save $100 where is the office actually located.? A > Last door AT the right rear of KEYSTONE BUSINESS # 1 for the money and improved performance plus the extended vehicle service life span is exactly the tonic for someone with no interest in taking on a 60 mo or longer car payment I'd do it again in a heartbeat & still getting 41 mpg w/working AC... the code our civic kicked out numerous times over over the last 6 mo after 15+ years & 160000 miles are below...

The day after my Prius hybrid battery went bad (after 212k miles and 19+ years), I was able to get it replaced quickly at this location. I just showed up for an appointment just north of Philly, talked with the service expert, waited for half an hour and left with a new battery. It was a lot easier and faster than I expected - much faster than my experiences with Toyota dealerships.

Fantastic experience! I needed a Prius battery and they got me one with new cells in matter of days, came and installed it quickly and professionally (out of my garage, I didn't need to do anything). And then I got an easy to use (and transferable) 4 year warranty on it! I am very satisfied with my experience with GreenTecAuto and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hybrid battery.
