went in originally to fix a weird screeching sound which they fixed no problem and charged me 300, but when they found a coolant leak and did a diagnostic on it they quoted me almost double what every other shop in 40 miles would have charged me for a replacement of the thermostat and waterpump. In the quote i was given they were overcharging on OEM parts by as much as triple and 4 hours of extra labor costs with no clear explanation on why. The customer service was good, they responded well, and if its not a major issue they do a great job and are concise, but if you have any major work that needs to be done i strongly recommend going to a different shop and comparing quotes since i had shops laugh at me when i told them the quote i was given by valley automotive and a different shop tell me he has had multiple people get overpriced quotes from this shop

Valley Auto was able to accommodate quickly without an appointment for a CEL on my work truck. Got me back on the road within just a few days, they were very communicative and friendly throughout tbe process!

Did an amazing job diagnosing issues. Clearly showed what work NEEDED to be done, then highlighted what should be done for the longevity of the vehicle’s health. Professional, quick, reliable. Everything you would want and need from a mechanic.

Worst experience I have ever experienced. Honesty is not part of their policey. I advice to not go here. 1. A oil gasket cover went from 7000.00 to 1,200.0. 2. Was told I had 2 oil leaks, pretty much a lie. 3. Stoled my Honda Oil cap. 4. Took my front rubber guard off, and stoled it. Loosening all the clips that held the under carriage one. Created a dangerous scenario for me. 5. Going to your shop was the worse experience ever. Thanks

I've had positive experiences with Valley Automotive each time I have brought my truck in for service or repair. The staff is friendly and responsive. They made a great effort the last time my truck was in to ensure that I had it back before the weekend, which was much appreciated! Prices do seem to be a bit on the higher end, but with the cost of everything going up, its not surprising. My only caution would be that when you bring your vehicle in for a certain service/repair, they will complete an inspection and provide estimates on many other services and repairs they suggest. Make sure you read all of these carefully and dont feel pressured to get any unwanted services or repairs completed that you didnt request. Beyond that, the work itself has been satisfactory and my issues have all been addressed and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Valley Automotive.
