I took my car to Toyota dealership and they quoted me $6000 for a hybrid battery replacement. I called Volted Hybrid for a quote and spoke to Jordan and he gave me the most helpful, broken down information on 3 options for my car. As someone who knows nothing about cars, he explained well enough for me to understand what I was buying. All 3 options were a way better deal than Toyota. I called other shops as well but none could beat the deal I was getting here. I made my appointment, dropped off my car to Jordan, and got it fixed with no issues. 10/10 recommend

First off I want to say Jordan was very nice and answered his phone on the weekend when I was in a bit of a panic mode. He explained the process he could do which saved me a few thousand dollars, with not having to replace the whole hybrid battery... which has been replaced twice in 4 years. My daughters car is older, a 2012 Lexuz ct200h, but a good car. He was able to get us in the very next day. They whole process took about 3 days and she was ready for pickup. He kindly checked all her fluids as well before we drove away. Very nice, respectful and great service.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND VOLTEK!! My Prius was in bad shape… the battery was not working properly, the car would not start. Jordan fixed it for a good price, and I have had no problems with the car since!!! QUALITY WORK!! Thank you.

Jordan fit me in the next day to have my hybrid battery replaced. He gave me options as to what he could do with the battery with different price ranges too. I thought the pricing was really fair after calling around and he offered a longer warranty of 5 years. I highly recommend!

If you are reading this and need Hybrid or EV battery work done… call Jordan! He was amazing! My 2012 Toyota Prius Hybrid battery pack failure alert came on at 101k miles, I called 3 other shops and they all quoted me over $150 just to diagnose it— called Jordan at Voltek and he said I could come in later that day and he would run his software test with me too see what was wrong. Turns out a few of the original cells were failing and he gave me 3 different solutions he could offer. I can’t stress how smooth this interaction was and how little he pushed, nothing like service writers at a dealership being over pushy. I chose to have him replace every old cell with a completely rebuilt one and he did it in about a day. Super flexible on scheduling times to accommodate your schedule. I waited a few weeks to write this review so I could also share the batteries usage since and it’s been amazing. Better MPG than I’ve gotten the past year I’ve had it AND it comes with a 2 year warranty, which is huge. Seriously, I can’t recommend him and his service enough. Thank you, Jordan!
