Love my 22 launch! No problems to date 58k. Go Rivian.

Freaking horrible place. No overnight parking. You can check in 30 minutes before your appointment. But leave from the loves truck stop 45 minutes before your appointment. BECAUSE THERE WILL BE A LONG LINE OF TRUCKS CHECKING IN. They’re nice people, but they are so slow. It was really bad for me because after I checked in, I was re-directed back to Love’s truck stop to wait for phone call. Once you get call, you can skip the line and just head to your dock and then take your pass and paperwork to office. (I was unloaded and then re-loaded back and told to go to their other warehouse 5 miles away)… I hope this doesn’t happen to you. My appointment was 10:00am and it’s now 2:55pm and I’m still waiting for a door.

I really like this company, but there are two silly things that still aren’t fixed. First, there’s no electric cart or person who can take you to your car when you need to pick it up. You have to walk all the way by yourself, which makes the whole process slower and inconvenient. Second, there’s no printer at the entrance, even though the guard at the gate always asks for printed documents. It makes no sense that we have to run around looking for a printer instead of having one right there. These are small things, but they would make a big difference if the company took care of them.

Took delivery of my Rivian two years ago. Zero issues. Daily driver & work truck. I'd never driven an EV before and the learning curve was easy. My delivery specialist spent an hour driving around the block with me then I immediately took it on a 90 mile road trip. A huge improvement over my three previous Chevy trucks. Looking forward to seeing the new models and supporting Made-in-America high tech manufacturing.

The delivery team here was amazing and went out of their way to make our day good. I really appreciate the staff here. It's amazing to be able to pick up from the manufacturer and see the cars actually get made. Vehicle has been great so far. I had some hiccups with my ordering process but was taken well care of and delivery day was perfect.
